    Latifha,

    I agree I believe rules and the enforcing of those rules lead to people being civil and things being organized. What I want to know is:
    1. What do you mean by civil
    2. What do you think would happen without rules
    3. Why is it we have rules in this classroom yet it is not always civil? The lack of organization is totally my fault!
